What is the MaxSportsure Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate Program allows approved users to earn commissions from qualifying purchases or transactions attributed to their MaxSportsure affiliate links or other approved referral methods.

Who can become an Affiliate?

Users who meet MaxSportsure's Affiliate Program eligibility requirements, complete required verification and payout setup, accept the Affiliate Program terms, and maintain an account in good standing may participate.

Is identity verification required?

Yes. Affiliates must complete MaxSportsure's required identity verification before receiving affiliate earnings.

Do Affiliates need payout and tax information?

Yes. Affiliates must provide all payout, tax, identity, and other information required by MaxSportsure or its payment providers before receiving funds.

Can minors become Affiliates?

A minor may participate only when permitted by MaxSportsure and applicable law and after completing the required parent/guardian process.

Does a parent/guardian control a minor's affiliate earnings?

Where required, a verified parent or legal guardian must manage or receive payouts on behalf of the minor in accordance with MaxSportsure's minor monetization requirements and applicable law.

What products or services can Affiliates promote?

Affiliates may promote products, services, or offers approved for the MaxSportsure Affiliate Program. Prohibited, illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized products may not be promoted.

How must affiliate relationships be disclosed?

Affiliates must clearly disclose when they may receive compensation from a recommendation or affiliate link and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.

How are affiliate links generated?

MaxSportsure provides eligible Affiliates with unique links, codes, or other tracking identifiers through the Affiliate Program.

How are referrals tracked?

MaxSportsure may use unique referral links, codes, cookies, transaction records, or other approved attribution technology to determine whether a qualifying transaction resulted from an Affiliate's referral.

What qualifies as a valid referral?

A valid referral must result from legitimate user activity and satisfy the applicable Affiliate Program requirements. Self-generated, fraudulent, manipulated, canceled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions may not qualify.

How are commissions calculated?

Commissions are calculated using the Affiliate's applicable commission rate and the qualifying transaction amount under the Affiliate Program terms.

When are commissions paid?

Approved commissions become payable according to MaxSportsure's payout schedule after applicable review, refund, chargeback, and fraud-review periods have passed.

What happens when an order is refunded?

Commission associated with a refunded, canceled, reversed, or charged-back transaction may be canceled or deducted from current or future Affiliate earnings.

Can Affiliates purchase through their own links?

Self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate commissions are not permitted unless MaxSportsure expressly authorizes them.

Can Affiliates use bots or fake traffic?

No. Bots, automated clicks, fake accounts, purchased traffic intended to manipulate attribution, or other artificial activity are prohibited.

Can Affiliates spam links?

No. Affiliates may not distribute links through spam, harassment, deceptive messages, unauthorized mass communications, or other prohibited methods.

Can Affiliates make false product claims?

No. Affiliates must accurately represent the products or services they promote and may not make false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims.

Can Affiliates manipulate clicks or conversions?

No. Click fraud, conversion manipulation, cookie stuffing, fake purchases, coordinated fraud, or other attempts to artificially generate commissions are prohibited.

What happens when affiliate fraud is detected?

MaxSportsure may investigate the activity, invalidate commissions, restrict payouts, suspend Affiliate privileges, or suspend or terminate the account depending on the circumstances.

Can MaxSportsure suspend Affiliate privileges?

Yes. Affiliate privileges may be restricted or removed for violations of the Affiliate Program terms, Community Guidelines, fraud rules, or other MaxSportsure policies.

Can unpaid commissions be withheld for fraudulent activity?

Yes. MaxSportsure may withhold, reverse, or invalidate commissions reasonably associated with fraud, manipulation, refunds, chargebacks, or other ineligible activity, subject to applicable law and the Affiliate Program terms.

Can an Affiliate appeal a decision?

Eligible Affiliate enforcement decisions may be appealed through MaxSportsure's designated appeal process.
