Athletes may share sports-related and otherwise permitted content including photos, videos, Vlogs, Blogs, highlights, game film, statistics, training, accomplishments, and other content permitted by MaxSportsure.
Can athletes upload game film and highlights?
Yes, provided they have the necessary rights or permission to use and distribute the footage.
Can athletes livestream games or events?
Yes, when the applicable MaxSportsure Live requirements are satisfied and the user has any necessary permission or broadcast rights.
What are the rules for tagging teammates and opponents?
Tags must accurately identify the person or account involved. Tags may not be used for harassment, impersonation, spam, or misleading attribution.
What are the rules for recruiting information?
Athletes should provide accurate information about their school, graduation year, team, measurements, statistics, academic information, offers, commitments, and recruiting status.
Can athletes promote themselves to recruiters?
Yes. Athlete profiles are designed in part to help athletes present their sports history, accomplishments, film, and information.
Can athletes promote NIL deals and sponsorships?
Yes, where permitted by applicable rules and law. Sponsored or commercial relationships should be appropriately disclosed.
Can athletes become Paid Creators?
Eligible athletes may apply for Paid Creator status after satisfying MaxSportsure's applicable verification, payout, account-standing, age, and monetization requirements.
Can athletes participate in the Affiliate Program?
Eligible athletes may participate after satisfying the applicable Affiliate Program requirements.
What additional rules apply to athletes under 18?
Minor athletes may be subject to additional parent/guardian consent, safety, communication, verification, monetization, and payout requirements.
