Enforcement & Appeals

What happens when someone violates these Guidelines?

Depending on the severity, history, and circumstances of the violation, MaxSportsure may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, disable monetization, suspend an account, or permanently terminate access.

What is the difference between a warning, restriction, suspension, and ban?

A warning informs the user of a violation. A restriction removes or limits particular features. A suspension temporarily prevents some or all account access. A ban permanently terminates the account.

What violations result in immediate termination?

How does the appeal process work?
