A Fan Club subscription is a recurring paid membership that allows a fan to support an eligible MaxSportsure Paid Creator and receive access to benefits or exclusive content offered through that creator's Fan Club.

Benefits may include subscriber-only Vlogs, Media, Blogs, livestreams, special content, badges, or other features made available by the creator or MaxSportsure. Benefits may vary by creator.

Yes. Eligible Paid Creators may designate supported content as subscriber-only. All subscriber-only content must still comply with MaxSportsure's Community Guidelines and other policies.

Subscriptions are automatically billed using the subscriber's selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until canceled.

Subscribers may cancel through their MaxSportsure subscription settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges for that subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, subscribers retain access through the end of the period they already paid for. The subscription will not renew after that period.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except where required by law or where MaxSportsure determines that a refund is appropriate.

A subscription does not guarantee a specific amount or frequency of content unless MaxSportsure or the creator expressly states otherwise. Subscribers may cancel future renewals at any time.

Subscribers may not copy, redistribute, sell, repost, record, or otherwise distribute subscriber-only content without authorization from the content owner, except where permitted by law.

Yes. Community Guidelines apply to all MaxSportsure content, including public, private, subscriber-only, and livestreamed content.
