Paid Creator status is required to monetize Live content through MaxSportsure. MaxSportsure may separately determine whether non-monetized Live access is available to other eligible users.

MaxSportsure uses supported YouTube Live streams for video delivery. The creator's stream is hosted by YouTube and displayed through MaxSportsure's Watch/Live experience using the supported YouTube connection, link, or embed functionality.

Sports, games, practices, training, fitness, commentary, podcasts, gaming, interviews, events, and other permitted content may be livestreamed when the creator has the necessary rights and the content complies with MaxSportsure's policies.

Yes, but only when the person or organization streaming the event has the necessary permission, authorization, license, or other legal right to broadcast it.

The creator or account publishing the stream is responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions. MaxSportsure displaying a stream does not grant the creator broadcast rights.

Illegal content, sexual exploitation, prohibited sexual content, threats, hate, harassment, dangerous illegal activity, copyright infringement, fraud, child exploitation, and other content prohibited by MaxSportsure is not allowed.

Live Chat users must follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual solicitation, grooming, spam, fraud, doxxing, and other prohibited conduct are not allowed.

Where supported, eligible Paid Creators may restrict access to certain Live experiences or related creator benefits to Fan Club subscribers, subject to the capabilities and rules of the underlying streaming provider.

Yes. MaxSportsure may remove the stream from MaxSportsure, disable Live privileges, restrict an account, or take other appropriate action when a stream violates MaxSportsure policies or applicable requirements.

If YouTube removes, restricts, ends, or otherwise makes the underlying stream unavailable, MaxSportsure may no longer be able to display it.

Yes. When an eligible YouTube recording remains available after the livestream ends, MaxSportsure may continue displaying or linking to that recording according to the creator's settings and MaxSportsure's policies.
