MaxSportsure will establish age eligibility and parent/guardian requirements consistent with applicable law and platform policies. Certain features may have higher minimum-age requirements.

Consent may be required based on age, location, monetization, messaging, verification, or the particular feature being used.

Sexualization, exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation, trafficking, abusive imagery, or other content that endangers minors is strictly prohibited.

Communication must have a legitimate and appropriate purpose. Grooming, sexual communication, manipulation, coercion, exploitation, or attempts to circumvent youth-safety protections are prohibited.

MaxSportsure may impose additional messaging restrictions, parent/guardian controls, reporting tools, and other safeguards on accounts involving minors.

Livestreams involving minors must comply with MaxSportsure youth-safety rules, applicable parent/guardian requirements, and any necessary event/broadcast permissions.

MaxSportsure may permit eligible minor creators to participate in Fan Clubs only through an approved minor monetization structure and where permitted.

Where permitted, eligible minor users may earn money only after satisfying MaxSportsure's minor monetization, parent/guardian, verification, payout, and legal requirements.

MaxSportsure may require payouts to be managed through a verified parent/guardian or another legally appropriate arrangement.

MaxSportsure may immediately restrict accounts or content, preserve relevant information where appropriate, investigate, and take additional action consistent with applicable law and safety procedures.

Use MaxSportsure's designated reporting system. Immediate danger should also be reported to appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authorities.
