Payments and Earnings

Who can receive money through MaxSportsure?

Only users who qualify for an approved MaxSportsure monetization program and complete all required identity, payout, tax, age, and other eligibility requirements may receive funds.

Why is identity verification required?

Identity verification helps MaxSportsure confirm who is receiving funds, reduce fraud, protect users, and satisfy applicable payment, safety, and compliance requirements.

What information is required before receiving a payout?

Users may be required to provide their legal name, date of birth, identity-verification information, tax information, payout account information, and other information required by MaxSportsure or its payment provider.

How are creator earnings calculated?

Creator earnings are calculated according to the applicable monetization program, including subscription revenue, advertising revenue sharing, Affiliate earnings, and other eligible revenue sources, less applicable fees, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, taxes, or adjustments.

How are Affiliate earnings calculated?

Affiliate earnings are based on qualifying transactions multiplied by the Affiliate's applicable commission rate, subject to the Affiliate Program terms.

How does Ad Revenue Sharing work?

Eligible Paid Creators may receive a percentage of qualifying advertising revenue generated from eligible MaxSportsure activity. The applicable percentage, eligible impressions/views, exclusions, and calculation method are determined by the Ad Revenue Sharing Program terms.

How are subscription earnings calculated?

Subscription earnings are based on qualifying Fan Club subscription revenue and the applicable creator revenue share, after any required payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or other adjustments specified by MaxSportsure.

Who receives a minor's earnings?

Where required, earnings associated with a minor must be paid to or managed through the verified parent/guardian or other legally authorized arrangement required by MaxSportsure and applicable law.

When are payouts issued?

Payouts are issued according to MaxSportsure's published payout schedule after earnings become eligible and all applicable review or holding periods are completed.

What happens with refunds and chargebacks?

Refunded or charged-back transactions may be deducted from pending earnings, available balances, or future payouts when those transactions previously generated creator or Affiliate earnings.

When can payouts be delayed or withheld?

Payouts may be delayed when necessary for identity or payment verification, fraud or policy investigations, disputes, chargebacks, legal requirements, account restrictions, or other circumstances described in the applicable monetization terms.

What happens if payment fraud is detected?

MaxSportsure may investigate the activity, freeze affected transactions or payouts where permitted, reverse fraudulent earnings, disable monetization, suspend the account, or take other appropriate action.
