Users who legitimately perform recruiting, scouting, evaluation, or related sports functions may create the appropriate account type, subject to MaxSportsure requirements.

MaxSportsure may require additional identity, organization, employment, or professional verification for recruiting-related accounts.

Recruiters may request legitimate sports, recruiting, academic, eligibility, or contact information appropriate to the recruiting process.

Recruiters should not request unnecessary financial credentials, passwords, sexual content, or other inappropriate sensitive information.

Recruiters must follow MaxSportsure youth-safety requirements and any applicable recruiting, school, athletic, or legal rules.

Recruiters must not falsely guarantee scholarships, offers, admission, roster positions, contracts, or other opportunities they do not have authority to provide.

Users may not deceptively sell fake recruiting access or falsely represent paid services as guaranteed scholarships, offers, or roster positions.

An opportunity may be considered fraudulent when someone intentionally misrepresents their identity, authority, school/team affiliation, available opportunity, or likelihood of a guaranteed outcome to obtain money, information, or another benefit.

Fraudulent recruiting, exploitation of minors, grooming, serious impersonation, scams, or other severe safety violations may result in permanent removal.
