These supplemental terms govern name, image, and likeness activity and MaxSportsure creator monetization, subscriptions, advertising, revenue sharing, PPV, and payouts.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These NIL / Monetization Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to creator earnings, subscriptions, PPV, advertising or revenue sharing, sponsorships, endorsements, affiliate activity, and other earning features offered through MaxSportsure. Feature availability and eligibility may vary.
Users are responsible for confirming that name, image, and likeness activity complies with applicable law, contracts, team and school policies, collective or employment obligations, league or association rules, and disclosure requirements. MaxSportsure does not determine athletic, amateur, academic, visa, employment, or tax eligibility and does not act as an athlete agent, attorney, school, league, or governing body.
Do not use MaxSportsure to arrange pay-for-play, improper recruiting inducements, sham transactions, fabricated endorsements, or compensation conditioned on enrollment, transfer, athletic performance, statistics, or an outcome where prohibited. Users must obtain permission before commercially using another person's name, image, likeness, voice, marks, footage, music, or other rights.
Monetization may require an account in good standing, age and identity verification, acceptance of current policies, rights verification, a supported payout account, complete tax information, and compliance with content and advertising standards. Minor participation may require verified guardian consent and guardian-managed payout arrangements. MaxSportsure may approve, deny, limit, review, or revoke monetization.
Only content and livestreams that a creator has the right to monetize are eligible. Tagging, reposting, embedding, linking, crediting an owner, or receiving a copy does not transfer ownership or commercial rights. The original uploader remains responsible for the original content; a reposter is responsible for the repost and related promotion. Rights restrictions, privacy, takedowns, deletions, or enforcement affecting original content may also affect monetization and replay availability.
Creators must make clear and conspicuous disclosures of sponsorships, gifts, affiliate commissions, employment, family relationships, or other material connections. Claims must be truthful and supportable. Creators may not manipulate impressions, clicks, views, subscriptions, or engagement; encourage accidental ad interaction; place ads on prohibited content; or use deceptive titles, thumbnails, statistics, or endorsements.
Creators must accurately describe paid benefits, access periods, event details, cancellation terms, and material restrictions. Subscriptions renew only as disclosed at purchase. PPV and event access may depend on third-party streaming, venue, or rights availability. MaxSportsure may issue refunds or credits where required by law, disclosed terms, technical failure, cancellation, fraud, or dispute rules, and may deduct those amounts from creator earnings.
Displayed revenue and balances may be estimated until finalized. Applicable program pages will disclose available revenue shares, platform or processor fees, minimum thresholds, payment schedules, reserves, and supported methods. MaxSportsure may delay, withhold, offset, adjust, or reverse amounts tied to refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic, duplicate transactions, rights disputes, sanctions, fraud, policy violations, or legal obligations.
There is no guarantee of earnings, audience, advertising demand, subscriptions, PPV sales, sponsorship, exposure, or payment timing. Users are responsible for taxes, professional advice, contracts, registrations, licenses, and expenses. Review the Tax Profile policy.
Maintain accurate records supporting ownership, permissions, disclosures, transactions, guardian authority, eligibility, and tax status. MaxSportsure may request documentation, investigate unusual activity, and preserve transaction or acceptance records for audit, disputes, safety, enforcement, and legal compliance.
MaxSportsure may demonetize content, remove paid access, suspend sales or streams, hold payouts, remove content, or terminate monetization or accounts for violations or material risk. Removing or terminating monetization does not delete obligations, refund liabilities, tax duties, or rights disputes that arose earlier.
