1. Introduction; Your Agreement to these Terms of Service

2. Xsportsure Services

The xsportsure Services provide a digital platform to manage and organize, athletes, coaches, reports, writers, fitness models, trainers, photographers, companies, sports organizations, and teams. Athlete (Parent/Guardian) refers to sports participants that are either participants over the age of 13, or the parent or legal guardian of an Athlete user who is under the age of 13. 3. Xsportsure Users

The xsportsure Services is not permitted for users under the age of 13. If user age is between the ages of 13 and 18 users may only use the xsportsure Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is bound by these Terms.
