Privacy

Maxsportsure, L.L.C. ("Maxsportsure," "we," "us," or "our") values the privacy of your personal information. This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how we handle the data we gather when you access and use Maxsportsure.com (the "Site") and/or Maxsportsure's other domains, products, advertising products, services, and/or content, including our iOS and Android mobile apps (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). Maxsportsure is a technology firm that helps individuals create attractive websites, tell stories, and find and cultivate an audience. This Privacy Policy still applies while you're on Maxsportsure, using a Maxsportsure app, or interacting with our goods, services, or technology since the way we handle your information hasn't changed. Non-personal information may be shared.

What Is Covered by This Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy governs how we handle the information we collect from you when you use or access the Services. This Privacy Policy also governs how we handle any personal information about you that our partners provide to us or that we provide to them.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices that we do not own, own, or manage, such as third-party websites, services, applications, or enterprises ("Third Party Services"). This includes information you supply to third parties as part of enabling or using a Maxsportsure feature, such as information you provide to Stripe when interacting with Maxsportsure Post+ or Tipping Feature. While we make every effort to engage with Third Party Services that share our commitment to your privacy, we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. We recommend that you read the privacy rules of any Third Party Services you use.

Also, this Privacy Policy does not apply to what our users conduct on their Maxsportsure blogs, and we are not liable for the data collection and use activities of our individual blogs and writers. Customizability is one of Maxsportsure's best features, and bloggers have a lot of control over how their blogs operate. When you visit one of our network's blogs, that blog may collect more information than we do and may share that information with third parties with whom we have no affiliation, such as advertisers.

What Information Do We Gather and How Do We Use It?

Account Information: We'll ask you for information such as your username, password, age, and email address ("Account Information") when you create an account on the Services (an "Account"). Account Information may be used alone or in combination with other information to improve and enhance the Services, such as through personalization. We utilize your age to confirm that you are of legal age to access the Services. Your email address is used to validate your Account and to interact with you, as detailed below. Users can also seek for their friends by email address; however, you can turn off email lookup in your Account Settings.

Maxsportsure allows you to remain somewhat anonymous, but bear in mind that your posts, blogs, pages, and username are all exposed to the world by default. Your blogs can be found by people who know your email address. If you'd like not to be listed, go to your Account Settings.

Email correspondence with us: You may occasionally get email and other communications from us as part of the Services. Administrative messages about your Account (e.g., for Account recovery or password reset) are considered part of the Services and your Account, and you may not be able to opt out of receiving them. Other types of emails may be sent to you, which you can opt out of by going to your Account Settings page or using the "Opt-Out" button.

We send two types of emails: ones about interesting things going on on Maxsportsure, and ones with crucial account information. You have the option to opt out of the first, but not the second.

Information regarding your accounts on third-party services is as follows: Certain Third Party Services can be linked to your Account. You may be needed to give us your login or other user ID for a Third Party Service in order to do so, and you may be asked to log into such a Service. We will obtain a token once you finish this login process, allowing us to access your account on that service so that we can, for example, upload your content to that service when you request it. We don't get any mail or emails.

When you link your Maxsportsure account to other services, those services may share information about you with us. Their privacy rules determine what we see, and they're long and boring, but you should read them if you have any questions or concerns.

User-Generated Content All sharing through the Services is public by default, and when you supply us with content, it is published for everyone to see. Although we provide features such as password-protected blogs, Asks, and Fan Mail that allow you to publish anything privately, you should assume that whatever you post is public until you specify otherwise. Also, keep in mind that everything you discuss privately with another user, especially through an Ask, Fan, or Friend, is public. Maxsportsure is, at its core, a public platform. Don't be scared to share fantastic things, but keep in mind that once something has been reblogged a few times, it can be difficult to totally erase it off the internet. Native Actions: You can use the Services to conduct native actions that are part of our products, such as liking, reblogging, replying to, and following a blog. Liking, reblogging, and replying are all public acts; anybody can see who liked, reblogged, or reacted to a post by expanding the "notes" view. We use native action data to enhance the Services, develop new ones, and, most importantly, to personalize your Maxsportsure experience. Personalization based on this information may include giving you new posts that are relevant to what you've liked, improving search results, and displaying advertising that is more relevant to your interests.

Because reblogs, likes, and replies are public, it's best to keep your wishes to yourself if you're truly embarrassed of them. But why is that? Take pride in who you are. You're stunning. We're gazing you in the eyes and complimenting you on your beauty.

User Content Specifications: We may collect information regarding material you offer to the Services in some situations. We may gather information about your camera, camera settings, or EXIF information, for example, when it's included as part of your photographs. We can use this information to improve the Services and offer new features and capabilities.

Financial Information: We may gather financial information about you from time to time, such as information about your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). This occurs when you opt to pay for a service. However, we do not save that financial information; instead, it is stored by our payment processor (the "Payment Processor"). Please keep in mind that if you utilize the Payment Processor's services, your information will be handled according to the Payment Processor's privacy policies and procedures. We don't own or control the Payment Processor, and you should familiarize yourself with their policies on data collection, usage, storage, and sharing before using their services. Our Payment Processor does provide us with the following information: (1) a unique token that we link to your Account to allow you to make additional purchases using the information maintained by our Payment Processor, and (2) in some situations, the last four digits of the credit card number connected with that token to prevent fraudulent transactions and identity theft.

Information about how people use the Services, including those who have an Account: We gather information about how people use the Services, including those who have an Account. Each time you engage with (i.e., make a request to) the Services, this type of information may be gathered in our log files. To collect and analyze this data, we use internal tools as well as third-party programs and services (such as Google Analytics or comScore). Some of this information may be linked to the Internet Protocol Address ("IP Address") used to access the Services, while others may simply be collected and used in aggregate form (as a statistical measure that does not identify you or your Account). When you publish a post, we also collect your IP address, especially if you submit an anonymous "Ask." We may use this information about how you and others interact with the Services for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to: providing users with personalized content; providing users with targeted advertising; improving our search results; identifying trending or popular content; fighting spam, malware, and identity theft, and generally keeping our users and community safe; and for leeway.

We use information about how you use Maxsportsure to personalize it for you, keep you and our community safe from danger, and enhance Maxsportsure for everyone.

Information about your web browser is as follows: When you interact with the Services, we automatically receive and record information from your web browser, such as your browser type and version, the device you're using, your operating system and version, your language preference, the website or service that referred you to the Services, the date and time of each request you make to the Services, and information from any cookies we've placed on your web browser (as described below). We may also identify whether you are using specific web browser extensions and store the information in a way that is linked to your Account. We use information from web browsers to develop and improve the Services.

We may also identify whether you are using specific web browser extensions and store the information in a way that is linked to your Account. We use information from web browsers to develop and improve the Services.

Maxsportsure may use drone technology and live video feeds to establish your location. No, we only look at your IP address and any geographic data you include in a post. That sort of thing.

Information about your mobile phone: Information about your mobile device may be collected and stored by us. For the purposes stated above in "Information Related to Use of the Services," we may receive, generate, or assign a unique identifier to your mobile device. We may also ask for your phone number in order to allow new products and improve the Services, such as multi-factor authentication for Account login. We'll always ask if you're okay with us collecting and storing your phone number.

Cookies and Web Tags Information Collected: Cookies are text files that are transmitted to and saved by your web browser when you visit a website; your web browser saves these cookies in a form that is unique to each page you visit, and you can usually see them through your browser settings, depending on which browser you're using. A web tag is a piece of code or a pixel included in a web page or email that allows Maxsportsure or a third party to track how many times you've visited that page. As indicated above in "Information Related to Use of the Services," we use cookies and web tags to enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tell us how and when you use the Services. We don't combine the general information obtained by cookies with other similar information to tell us who you are, and our cookies don't contain anything that specifically identifies you.

We do, however, use cookies to recognize that you have signed in and that your web browser has accessed the Services, and we may link such information to your Account if you have one. In our cookies, we may additionally store unique or nearly unique identifiers that we identify with your Account. This information is then utilized in the manner specified in "Information Related to Use of the Services" above. Most web browsers contain a setting that allows you to disable the cookie feature, which prevents your browser from accepting new cookies and (depending on the sophistication of your browser) allows you to choose how to accept each new cookie.

You won't be able to log into your account if you disable cookies, and you won't be able to utilize the vast majority of our Services as a result; as a result, we don't advocate blocking cookies when using the Services. Some of the services we use (including Third Party Services) employ web tags and may also place their own cookies on your browser, and individual blogs on our network may contain code that places their own cookies. We also conduct limited-time studies utilizing web tags, often in collaboration with third parties, to assess the success of our advertising or email campaigns, for example. Note that, unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy solely applies to our use of cookies and does not apply to third-party cookie use.

One of Maxsportsure's many amazing features is the ability to log into your account. This is made possible by cookies. Cookies and web tags also help us understand how people use Maxsportsure, which allows us to improve the product for you.

Contact-Related Information: Certain elements of the Services allow you to share your contact lists with us so that we can link you with persons on your contact lists who are also using our Services. You can temporarily link your email contact information to your Account, for example, so that we can send you a list of your email contacts who use the Services. You can also submit us your cell phone contact information via our mobile applications, which allows us to present you with a list of contacts who use the Services so that you can "follow" their blogs. We will give you the option of whether or not to provide us with such information, and we will fully disclose how we utilize such information within the applicable feature.

Unless you specifically request it, we will not look at (or be allowed to look at) your contact list. Why would you make such a request? Because that's how you'd find out if anyone you know is on Maxsportsure. Following that, we promptly discard this information.

Derived Information: We evaluate your actions on the Services to derive or infer characteristics that may be descriptive of your Account, as mentioned above in "Native Actions" and "Information Related to Use of the Services" (for example, what kinds of blogs you follow or what kinds of posts you view, like, or reblog). This information is used for all of the purposes listed above under "Information Related to Use of the Services."

Maxsportsure Personalized Advertising Maxsportsure selectively runs adverts in order to offer you all of this Maxsportsure content for free. We, along with our parent business, Automattic, collaborate with internet advertising providers to deliver you the most relevant and useful advertising possible. We make informed assumptions about your interests based on your behavior on our sites and services to make our adverts more relevant and useful. These interests and educated assumptions are frequently reflected in the adverts we show you.

Who Does Your Information Get Shared With?

We never share information we receive from you unless: (a) we have your consent to do so; (b) we have given you advance notice of how and with whom the information will be shared (such as in this Privacy Policy); or (c) the information is aggregated or otherwise anonymous. Information given to and received from our corporate parents includes the following: We are a part of the Automattic family of enterprises and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automattic. Because we are a wholly-owned subsidiary, Automattic and the rest of our family of companies have access to all of the information we collect and may share it with us. Our family of companies may use the information we supply to assist us in providing, understanding, and improving the Services (for example, by providing us with analytics) and in connection with their own products and services (including by providing you with a more personalized experience). Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on how Automattic handles the information it collects.

We are owned by Automattic, and we are part of the Automattic family of enterprises.

Information Disseminated to the Public via the Services: By default, content published through the Services and many actions you take on the Services are shared with the public, as described above in "User Content" and "Native Actions." Because this type of information can be viewed by anyone and is potentially indexed by search engines, you should be cautious about what you choose to post publicly and ensure that it is information you want to share with everyone.

By default, the content you produce on Maxsportsure is public. This implies that it may be viewed by everyone and can be indexed by search engines. If these concerns you, consider some of the additional privacy features we provide.

Information that is shared between the services is as follows: If possible, we may combine information about your use of several Services and use that consolidated data to improve and enhance the Services, as well as develop new ones.

Information You Share with Third-Party Services: You can use the Services to access Third-Party Services, such as by clicking on externally-directed links. You can also choose to share information you supply to us with those Third Party Services, such as blog posts (for example, by sharing posts to Twitter or Facebook). This Privacy Policy only applies to information we collect; you must read and understand the privacy policies of any Third Party Services you use.

You can instantly publish your Maxsportsure entries to other websites (like Facebook or Twitter). Our Privacy Policy ends there, and their policies begin there. Before linking any services to your Maxsportsure account, make sure you understand the policies of the services you're considering sharing to.

Information Shared with Our Agents for the Purposes of Operating, Enhancing, and Improving the Services: In some cases, we share information we store (such as IP addresses) with third parties, such as service providers, consultants, and other agents ("Agents"), for the purposes of operating, enhancing, and improving the Services, as well as developing new products and services. For example, we may share information with spam-fighting service providers, payment service providers who process your credit and debit card information, customer chat and email support services who help us communicate with you (hey there! ), analytics providers who help us understand and improve our services, and others. Third-party marketing partners (such as selecting a specific marketing target group or refining our marketing campaigns, as well as placing advertising to market our services), as well as third-party consultants who may have access to information in the process of upgrading our processes and technology. Agents with whom we share such information for these purposes are typically bound by confidentiality obligations, and unless we tell you otherwise, our agents have no right to use the information we share with them beyond the breadth and length required to assist us.

Information Disclosed in Connection with Business Transfers: We may opt to buy or sell business assets in specific instances. User information is often one of the transferred business assets in these agreements. Furthermore, user information would be one of the assets transferred or acquired by a third party if we, or substantially all of our assets, were bought, or if we went out of business or filed for bankruptcy. You agree that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of our business or assets may continue to use your Personal Information in accordance with this policy.

If we are purchased (again!) or go out of business (never! ), the assets transferred from us to our buyer may include user information. They are only permitted to use information in the methods set forth in the Privacy Policy you are currently reading.

Information that has been made public for our own and others' safety: We believe in freedom of expression, and we aim to defend our community from irrational legislative demands to the extent possible. That said, we also reserve the right to access, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary, in our sole discretion, to (i) satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or governmental order, (ii) enforce this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, trust and safety, or technical issues (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of improving security and preventing fraud, spam, and malware), (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property, health or safety of us, our users, any third parties or the public in general, including but not limited to situations involving possible violence, suicide, or self-harm.

Make sure you don't make us narc on you. We have no desire to do so. However, we must ensure that no one on Maxsportsure harms us, each other, or themselves. We work hard to strike a balance between privacy and community, and we're sure you understand the difficulties we face, as well as the seriousness with which we approach them.

We Share the Following Information with Your Consent or at Your Request: If you ask us to share information about your Account that we hold, we will comply if the request is reasonable and not overly burdensome.

Non-personally identifying information, Aggregate Information and other non-personally identifying information may be shared or disclosed with people and companies with whom we do business.

Your Information's Security and Retention

For your privacy and protection, your Account Information is protected by a password. Additional security mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication, may be enabled in the future. You must create a unique, secure, and protected password for your Account and limit access to your computer and browser by signing off once you have completed accessing your Account on the Services to avoid unauthorized access.

We make every effort to keep your information (including your Account Information) private; nonetheless, we cannot guarantee the security of any data. Unauthorized entrance or usage, hardware or software failure, and other reasons could jeopardize the security of user data at any time.

It's critical that you use a different password for each of your online accounts, including your Maxsportsure account. If you have difficulties remembering passwords, a service like 1Password or LastPass may be useful.

Maxsportsure will keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, which is for as long as your Maxsportsure account is active or as long as the Services are required. If you no longer want Maxsportsure to use your information to provide you with the Services, you can close your account and Maxsportsure will delete the information it has about you, unless we need to keep it to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise permitted by law.

What Data Do You Have Access To?

If you're a registered user, you can get the most up-to-date information about your Account by login into the Services and visiting the Account Settings page. Cookies can be accessed and deleted by both registered and non-registered users through their web browser settings.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account and How to Delete Your Account

If you want to delete your account, go to Account Settings and do so. Because caches, backups, copies, or references to your Account Information may not be instantly erased when you delete your account, the content you've published may not be completely removed from our systems. Furthermore, because of the nature of sharing on the Services, any public activity on your Account prior to deletion (such as reblogs of your blog entries) may remain on our servers and be visible to the public.

You'll undoubtedly accomplish wonderful things on Maxsportsure, but whenever the time comes to say goodbye, you can cancel your account at any moment and for any reason. For the most part, the deletion will take effect instantly, although it may take some time to wipe everything from our archives and backups.

Reblogs of your posts will not be scrubbed. Those will stay on the blog that reblogged them. As we previously stated, it is extremely difficult to erase something once it has been published on the internet, so only publish what you are positive you want to publish.

You can also appoint an authorized agent to act on your behalf when making a request. You must grant us formal authorization for the agent to act on your behalf in order to do so. You'll still have to confirm your identity with us.

We may share some of your information with advertising partners or allow our advertising partners to "collect" some information in order to help us choose which ads to show you. Online identifiers and internet or other network or device activities (such as cookie information, other device identifiers, and IP address) are among the types of personal information we disclose, as is geolocation data (approximate location information from your IP address). This could be considered a "sale" under the CCPA. Check out Maxsportsure an advertising and affiliate policies to learn more about how we choose the ads you see. In our advertising program, we do not sell (or share) anything that identifies you individually, such as your name or contact information. Also, if you are under the age of 16, we do not intentionally "sell" your personal information.
